HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
March 26, 2012
The board meeting was called to order at 6:09 PM. Board members attending: Suzanne Muusers, John Frigo, Lance Donatello and Brian Weimer. Also attending: Sharlene Ellis of #327 and Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty.
Sharlene discussed with the board the removal of the palm tree behind her unit. The board agreed to allow one of the 3 palm trees to be removed if Sharlene would pay for ½ of the cost of removal. Sharlene agreed if the board will also put in a shade tree in place of the palm tree. Lnadscapers to recommend a replacement tree that will not get too large yet provide shade to the unit.
The minutes from the last board meeting were approved as presented.
The financial statement for February was reviewed and approved.
Steve to make sure that welcome letters sent to new owners emphasize changes in the architectural request form.
The board reviewed the window replacement guidelines. They will allow only certain manufacturers windows unless special permission sought for an alternative window. Windows allowed at this time will be Jeld Weld - French Vanilla & Desert Sand; Pella - Almond; Anderson - Canvas & Sandstone; Gerkin - Sandstone & Tan.
The french drain behind 277 has been completed.
The board voted to table the driveway and unit # issues.
Old Business:
The annual meeting will be scheduled for April 23.
The May meeting has been moved to May 29 because of Memorial Day holiday.
The board discussed some violation issues. Steve to send notices to owners regarding these issues.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM. The next meeting will be the Annual Meeting on April 23, 2012 at 6:00.
