April 2012 Meeting Minutes

SCOTTSDALE COLONY
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
April 23, 2012


The board meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM.  Board members attending: Suzanne Muusers, John Frigo, Lance Donatello and Brian Weimer. Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty.


The minutes from the last board meeting were not available.  Steve to find and send to board.

The financial statement for March was reviewed and approved.

Steve to have the plumbing from the drinking fountain removed.  The pool light needs to be secured better as it has been out and floating in pool several times..

Steve to get a bid for re-strapping the luonges.  See if they can replace only the straps that are broken.  Check when last re-strapped.

The landscapers need to replace areas where they have broken the concrete curbing with their equipment crossing over it.

There is a leak north of the pool that the landscapers need to fix.
