HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
October 27, 2014
Board meeting was called to order at 6:04 PM. Board members attending: Melissa Heise, Lance Donatello, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo. Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty.
The financial statement for September was reviewed and approved.
Old Business:
A. Landscape items; tabled for spring discussions
B. Driveways; 2 bids currently have been submitted, waiting for the third bid to arrive
C. Reserve Analysis; Steve waiting for information from RDA
New Business:
A. No meeting in the month of December 2014
Violations:
The Board discussed delinquencies and violations. Management also discussed what needs to take place so the approved measures to correct problems.

Meeting adjourned at 6:49 PM. The next meeting will be on November 24, 2014 at 6:00 PM.
