November 2014 Board Meeting Minutes

SCOTTSDALE COLONY
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
November 24, 2014


Board meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM. Board members attending: Melissa Heise, Lance Donatello, Suzanne Muusers, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo.   Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty and Scott Sowl Kleanrite Landscaping

The financial statements and minutes for October were reviewed and approved.
Brian W. motioned to move $20,000 from checking into a CD; John F. seconded; all in favor.

Old Business:
A. Landscape items; tabled for spring discussions
B. Fence at solar panels; waiting for bids on curbing;
1. Lance D. motioned to have AZ Weed King (pre-emergent) and New Look Restoration (fencing & gate).
C. Driveways; currently working with bids
D. Reserve Analysis; Steve waiting for information from RDA

New Business:
A. Budget
1. John F. motioned approval 2015 budget, Brian W. seconded, all were in favor
B. 2015 Special Assessments

Violations:
The Board discussed delinquencies and violations. Management also discussed what needs to take place so the approved measures to correct problems.
