January 27, 2014
The board meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM. Board members attending: Suzanne Muusers, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo. Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty, Sue Crouch, Tim and Melissa Heise.
The minutes from the last board meeting were approved as presented.
The financial statement for December was reviewed and approved.
Time was given to Scott of Kleanrite Landscaping to talk about cut backs. He will get a bid for plant replacement and granite replenishment.
Old Business:
The board voted to approve the bid from Coral Pools for the renovations to the spa.
The board reviewed the proposals for clubhouse cleaning and accepted the proposal from GNPS. They will be asked to start in February.
The board voted to appoint Melissa Heise to the board.
New Business:
The board discussed the on-going problem of owners not cleaning up after their dogs. Steve to get a service to do the clean up.
Steve to get bid to lift the pool fence and paint it.
Violations:
The Board discussed delinquencies and violations. Management to take approved measures to correct problems.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
October 28, 2013
The board meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM. Board members attending: Suzanne Muusers, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo. Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty and Ann Petersen of #334.
The minutes from the last board meeting were approved as presented.
The financial statement for September was reviewed and approved.
The board reviewed the proposed budget for 2014 and approved it with one change, add $2,000 to capital expenditure for granite replenishment.
Old Business:
Steve to follow up with the landscaper to make sure they are replacing plants that died during the summer.
The board discussed the cleaning of the clubhouse and restrooms. Brian and Steve to get the bid from the custodial service Brian recommended so the board can compare it to the bid from GNPS.
New Business:
The board discussed the improvements that Scottsdale will be making at the canal. Possibly get sidewalk to gate so owners have better access to the canal area.
Steve to get with pool company about report on leak at spa then he will get bids for repairs.

The board meeting was called to order at 6:11 PM. Board members attending: Suzanne Muusers, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo. Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty, Scott Sowl of Kleanrite Landscaping, and Sharlene Ellis of #327.
The minutes from the last board meeting were approved as presented.
The financial statement for August was reviewed and approved.
Time was given to Scott to discuss landscaping issues.
Sharlene submitted a written response to the board of directors for the notices she has received from the board. Steve to respond.
Old Business:
The date palm tree by the pool was removed because it was unsafe.
The board discussed the cleaning of the clubhouse and restrooms. Brian and Steve to get the bid from the custodial service Brian recommended so the board can compare it to the bid from GNPS.
New Business:
Steve to work on getting some bids for concrete driveway replacement/repairs.
Steve to get with pool company about report on leak at spa then he will get bids for repairs.

Architectural Standards - Front Doors
Through the
Architectural Standards, the HOA Board is attempting to create a uniform look
throughout the community. Homeowners
must continue to submit an Architectural Request Form for any exterior change
visible to neighbors and the public.
Description: All front
doors must be painted in our trim color ONLY.

There will be no HOA meeting in August.
The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday September 23rd, 2013 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

July 2013 Meeting Minutes

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
July 22, 2013
The board meeting was called to order at 6:11 PM. Board members attending: Suzanne Muusers, Lance Donatello, and John Frigo. Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty.
The minutes from the last board meeting were approved as presented.
The financial statement for June was reviewed and approved.
Old Business:
The board discussed the trimming of the trees. The palm trees still need to be trimmed and the board would like to get the pine tree south of the 6350 mailboxes treated as it looks stressed.
The landscapers need to take care of weeds cropping up with the recent rains.
Lance provided the final part of the architectural guidelines for front doors. This was approved and will be posted on the blog.
New Business:
The board discussed the issue clubhouse cleaning. Steve to get a bid from Veryl Law for this service. Items to include in the proposal: clean pool deck, check to make sure furniture is straight and umbrellas are lowered.
The board would like to amend their rules regarding music at the pool. Steve to send examples of this rule from other communities.
