June 26 Board Meeting Minutes

SCOTTSDALE COLONY
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
June 26, 2017

Board meeting was called to order at 6:33 PM. Board members attending: Melissa Heise, Pat Clark, and John Frigo.   Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Management

The financial statements and minutes for April were reviewed and approved.

Homeowner Request/Comments:

1. Architectural Requests
2. New Owners: 285 Anna Stazio; 263 Alex Arteaga
3. Review and approval of minutes of the last meeting

Old Business:

1. Landscape Items
2. Clubhouse Renovations – 2 contractors in consideration; looking into further options
3. Foam roof coatings up onto walls
4. Tennis court repairs/replacement

New Business:

1. Painting of exteriors
2. Motioned and approved to move forward with adding an addendum the rules for 30 day leases on units

The next HOA meeting will be held on Thursday June 30, 2016 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday June 22nd, 2015 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

April 2015 Annual Meeting

The Annual HOA meeting will be held on Monday April 27th, 2015 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

February 2015 HOA Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday February 23rd, 2015 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

January 2015 HOA Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday January 26, 2015 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

March 2014 HOA Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday March 24, 2014 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

September 2013 HOA Meeting

There will be no HOA meeting in August.

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday September 23rd, 2013 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

May 2013 HOA Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Thursday May 30th (due to holiday), 2013 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

April 2013 Annual Meeting

The Annual HOA meeting will be held on Monday April 22nd, 2013 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

March 2013 HOA Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday March 25th, 2013 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

January 2013 HOA Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on TUESDAY January 29, 2013 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

There will be no meeting in December.

July 2012 HOA Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Tuesday July 17, at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

There will be no meeting in August.

April 2012 Annual Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be the Annual Meeting to be held on Monday April 23rd, at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.
