The financial statements and minutes for April were reviewed and
approved.

- Clubhouse Renovations – 2 contractors in consideration; looking into further options
- Foam roof coatings up onto walls
- Tennis court repairs/replacement

- Motioned and approved to move forward with adding an addendum the rules for 30 day leases on units
