March 2016 Board Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday March 28, 2016 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

SCOTTSDALE COLONY
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
February 22, 2016


Board meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM. Board members attending: Melissa Heise, Lance Donatello, Suzanne Muusers, and John Frigo.   Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty and Scott Sowl Kleanrite Landscaping

Scott S. discussed moving forward with general landscaping.
The financial statements and minutes for November were reviewed and approved.
Old Business:
A. Landscape Items
B. Driveways
C. Fence at Solar Panels; plans to begin in February
D. Gate at Canal; plans to begin in February
E. Club House AC unit tune-up; scheduled for March
New Business:
A. Special Assessment Collections
B. Annual Meeting to Occur on April 25, 2016 @ 6PM
C. Leak on Solar Panels; small leaks detected projected to be fixed 1st Feb 29
D. Revise bids for resurfacing the streets

Violations:
The Board discussed delinquencies and violations. Management also discussed what needs to take place so the approved measures to correct problems.

February 2016 Board Meeting

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday February 22, 2016 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

January 2016 Board Meeting Minutes

SCOTTSDALE COLONY
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
January 25, 2016


Board meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM. Board members attending: Melissa Heise, Lance Donatello, Suzanne Muusers, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo.   Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty and Scott Sowl Kleanrite Landscaping

Scott S. discussed cutback for those plants affected by frostbite and moving forward with general landscaping.
The financial statements and minutes for November were reviewed and approved.
Old Business:
A. The board reviewed the bids for removal of the dead pine tree by 6350 mailboxes. The board approved bid by Turf and Trees for this removal sand stump grinding. Weed King was motioned by Brian, seconded by Lance all in favor.
B. Board discussed the driveway project. The contractor with the low bid has not been retuning phone calls or emails. Steve to contact the next lowest bidder, New Look Restorations, to have Bill Sykes update his bid with current pricing.
C. The gate to the canal and the chain link fence by the solar water heater have yet to be done. The contractor is running behind due to the rains we have had. He should get these completed in the next few weeks.
