The financial statements and minutes for September were reviewed and approved.

- New Owners: #285 Bradley Sinclair
Old Business:
- Landscape Items
- Additional Concrete Work – Phase 1 completed
- Clubhouse Renovations – 2 contractors in consideration w/1 in addition pending review
- Pine tree trimming (bid for tree removal)
New Business:
- Annual Meeting
- Foam roof coatings up onto the walls
