The Annual HOA meeting will be held on Monday April 27th, 2015 at 6pm at the clubhouse. Residents are invited to attend.

SCOTTSDALE COLONY
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
March 23, 2015


Board meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM. Board members attending: Melissa Heise, Lance Donatello, Suzanne Muusers, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo.   Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty and Scott Sowl Kleanrite Landscaping

The financial statements and minutes for February were reviewed and approved.
Scott S. discussed cutback for those plants affected by frostbite and moving forward with general landscaping.
Old Business:
A. Landscape items; tabled for spring discussions
B. Fence at solar panels;
C. Driveways; currently working with an additional bid
D. Special Assessment; John F. motioned to discuss assessment and conduct a vote during Annual Meeting Lance D. seconded all in favor.

New Business:
A. Streets: discuss sealing of the streets in 2015
B. Tennis court bid: looking into 2016 waiting on additional bids
C. Special Assessment
D. John F. and Brian W. are up for reelection
E. Issue of homeowners abusing the guest parking

Violations:
The Board discussed delinquencies and violations. Management also discussed what needs to take place so the approved measures to correct problems.

Meeting adjourned at 7:37 PM. The next meeting will be our Annual meeting on April 27, 2015 6:00 PM.
