SCOTTSDALE COLONY
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING
January 26, 2015
Board meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM. Board members attending: Melissa Heise, Lance Donatello, Suzanne Muusers, Brian Weimer, and John Frigo. Also attending: Steve Cheff of Heywood Realty and Scott Sowl Kleanrite Landscaping
The financial statements and minutes for December were reviewed and approved.
Scott S. discussed plants with frost bite and plans for filling in and moving forward with general landscaping.
John F. motioned to move $7354.19 from annual increase in cash from 2014 into a money market Lance D. seconded; all in favor.
Old Business:
A. Landscape items; tabled for spring discussions
B. Fence at solar panels; waiting for bids on curbing;
C. Driveways; currently working with an additional bid
D. Reserve Analysis; Steve waiting for information from RDA
New Business:
A. Special Assessment
B. Tree bid: Approve
Lance D. motioned to go forward with Sunrisa Tree Service for 2015 tree trimming Brian W. seconded; all in favor.
C. Annual meeting: April 27th, 2015
Violations:
The Board discussed delinquencies and violations. Management also discussed what needs to take place so the approved measures to correct problems.
